General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

That range of BP and heart rate are quite good for long term, it should not worry you. Continue and follow up with a urologist. If pain medicines are not working then you can use this alternative therapy of art of living [optimising energy workshop]. Blood sugar, ECG, ESR, lab tests can be repeated or done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
