What Causes Pain In Lower Stomach And Stabbing Pain All Over The Belly?

Hi I went to my doctors two months ago about major pain in my lower stomach, my period was almost two months late, I was dizzy and almost fainting at one point until I finally started bleeding. My doctor has done all of the tests and belives I had a miscarriage. It s been two months I cane on normally the first month after but this time my period was 2 weeks late, it was strange this time, it was a lot heavier than normal I had to change my pad every hour, it only lasted 3 days and mine usually last 5-6 days it s now been a week and I m haveing dull pain in the top of my belly and sometimes stabbing pain all over my belly? Thank you
