What Causes Pain In Lower Stomach That Radiates To Groin Area?
Hi, I m in great pain have been for four days already lower abdomen. Am sweating with it now though. Feel waves of burning pain and pressure downwards. Its central and to the left. Hv had bowel movements but do also feel like I have trapped wind. Sometimes stabby pain and pain is referring down my thighs too.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is lower abdomen pain then it could be due to some infection and it could be urinary tract infection which is common in female person ( here age and gender is missing ) better to get done the urine examination meanwhile "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" three times in day can be taken, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
