What Causes Pain In Mid Back, Nausea And Strong Odor For Urine?
Sudden onset of pain in midback, nausea, no vomiting yet but probably will. Urine strong odor but not burning upon urination as in a UTI. Symptoms occurring intermittently for several months. Bought medical insurance but awaiting probationary period before seeing a dr. Symptoms usually last several hours.

All of your symptoms might be caused by a gallbladder pathology. I think it might be gallbladder stone.
To determine the diagnosis you need a fibrogastroendoscopy, abdominal ultrasound, liver function test, complete blood count and urine test.
