What Causes Pain In Mid-stomach And Vomiting?

hi my son is having pains in his mid /middle stomach. he just threw up about 4 times and had one bm - it was not diariah. he is pacing the floor at this point. no fever. he had this once before. he threw up about 4 times with great pains. i left work to go get him. by the time i got there in 15 minutes - he was toatlly fine. what can this be.what can i do to help him

Hi

It may be gastro enteritis so do not panic and you can do the following

- Avoid Spicy foods, Tea, Coffee
- Give soft diet
- Avoid Milk
- Tender coconut and fresh fruit juice can be given
- Lactobacillus powder can be mixed with water and given 2-3 times daily

The above mentioned can be followed for 1-2 days and still do not get the relief then If I were the treating doctor would have started him on Norfloz-TZ tablets
