General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the medical history you provided. It is probably due an impinged spinal nerve. To evaluate that your need to consult a neurologist. Who will perform physical examination, order MRI of the neck and upper thoracic vertebral column if needed.

Treatment is accordingly. Meanwhile, you can take ibuprofen or paracetamol to manage the pain if you are not allergic to or no known previous medical conditions such as stomach ulcers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ahmad Nazzal
