What Causes Pain In Midback?
Hit there,my name is Lisa i woke this morning with a very dull but painful feeling in the middle left side of my back...deep breaths and movement difficult...any thoughts did a lot of things yesterday laundry...etc but felt fine when i went to bed could i have slept wrong thoughts???

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to strain or repetitive stress injury. Hot fomentation, over the counter analgesics like Ibuprofen (Motrin) will be helpful. But if you have any associated symptoms like breathing trouble or pain while urination or gastric symptoms then go to your doctor immediately.
