What Causes Pain In Middle Of Back With History Of Undergoing Gastric Bypass?
I m experiencing pain right middle back and front. Like someone has fingers inside me from both directions and they re meeting in the middle. It happened two days ago and I thought maybe it was gas. Drank some sprite and took ibuprofen and it went away. Today it s back again. I m female, 53. No surgeries except gastric bypass in 2009. I weigh 189 lbs at 5 9 and have history of diabetes but, currently on no meds....sugar controlled by diet.
Treatment depends upon the cause. To those who come to my clinic with similar symptoms, I would suggest few investigations may be necessary like ECG, 2D echocardiography, chest X-rays, and CT chest. So please do consult a physician to arrive at a specific diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
It might be a malabsorption situation probably by a food you have eaten or a change in the quantity of it. Try to be careful and if you have also soft stools than it should be better for you to be seen by your doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
