What Causes Pain In My Back Bone?

Dear Doctor, I am 19year old and have got pain in my back, bones, and recently I developed a problem of being thirsty all the time, I feel very hot inside my body and at the same time, I have difficulties in urinating! what might be my problem? Victor - Uganda

From history it seems that you might be having renal colic due to urinary tract infection giving rise temperature, body ache, backache and difficulty in passing urine.
Go for urine check up for infection and presence of red blood cells.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile take ibuprofen for pain and body ache.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
