Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi,

The most probable reasons could be
1. Iron deficiency/ anaemia
2. B vitamin deficiency
3. Neuropathy

For 1st you can check Hb% blood test. if less use iron supplementation.
For 2nd, use B complex Vitamins for 3 months
For 3rd, use Pregabalin tablet for 3 months.
Also, consult local physician for better concern.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Phanindra Dulipala, Diabetologist
