What Causes Pain In Navel Area, Lack Of Appetite And Diarrhea?

My husband has been having pain in his belly button area where he has what he thinks is a hernia. He has been feeling sick, no appetite, diarrhea , and now he had a bowl movement and thought he was finished and felt something and pulled it, it was very long, skin or beige color and it broke off so there is more inside of him.Could it be part of his intestines or human parasites?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is really confirmed hernia then it needs to be treated in that manner if it is just a doubt then better to get done test to confirm this, else such pain could be due to colic, dyspepsia, may be infestation and all of this needs investigation till then Tab Dicyclomine can be used hope this information helps.
