What Causes Pain In Navel Radiating Towards Vagina?
Hi Doc i hav a sharp pain running from my navel to my vagina.iv had it almost the entire day.. what is the cause?iv done scan befre and doc picked up a dominant folicle om left ovary and fluid in pouch of douglas..what does this mean?shud i b on on medz.im not on a contraceptive and i hv had unptotected sex for 4 years now and never fallen pregnant..could i have complications.

Hey, after reviewing your symptoms it seems like you may be suffering from what we call pelvic inflammatory disease.
This is infection of your genital tract. Now a detailed history and examination would help in its diagnosis. But I would strongly recommend you to use these antiboitics and get a detailed checkup as well for your infertility.
Use Doxycycline 100mg twice daily for 14 days. Metronidazole 500mg twice daily for 14 days.
