What Causes Pain In Navel When Arms Are Stretched?

Hi, I have a slight concern. So every time when I stretch my arms above my head, or when I m laying down in bed, behind my belly button hurts. Usually right over the top. I just recently got punched in the stomach the night before. Any ideas on what this could be?

your question is not very clear . does this pain always happens or it has started only after the punch if its after the punch it could be muscle pain . if it is always there then some details of pains time, occurence and relation with food intake such history is required. otherwise it just looks like gaseous pain or pain due to worms . a good walk after food and deworming medicine will help.
