What Causes Pain In Neck And Between Shoulder Blades After Having Endoscopy?

I had an upper GI endoscopy yesterday. Today I am experiencing severe pain in my neck, down between my shoulder blades and across my right shoulder into my upper arm, with some mild tingling and numbness in my right arm. Is it common or even possible that this is a result of the procedure or how I was handled during the procedure?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms of neck pain, which radiates down between shoulder and arm may not be due to endoscopy but it could be due to cervical spine disease, hope this may helps, take care and have a nice day.
