Hi welcome to HCM,
Your symptoms are suggestive of Acute gastritis.you should get investigations like 24 hr ph monitoring, upper GI Endoscopy to confirm your diagnosis.Avoid spicy food.Drugs like antacids and a course of antibiotics will be helpful.Take soft and bland diet.Drink plenty of fluids 3-4litres per day.Exercise regularly.Try to quit smoking as early as possible with the help of your physician.Get investigations like complete blood picture, thyroid profile, chest x ray, ultrasound abdomen to rule out any abnormality.Music therapy and breathing exercises may give you releif to some extent.Consult your doctor for expert management.
Thankyou
