What Causes Pain In Neck And Side Of The Head With History Of Vertigo?

I recently was diagnosed with vertigo, I now am having neck pain and pain in the side of my head and my balance is off, went from emergency from had ct scan everything looked fine, this has being going on for a month now, what could this possibly be, I am trying to get a appointment with a ENT.

It might be due to Cervical Spondylitis. Provide me with details like your age, time and duration of pain, nature of pain and any pain in arms also alongwith tightness in muscles?
I can make a tentative diagnosis only when i have your full history and investigations.
