What Causes Pain In Ovary Post Menopause?

Yes , I am post menopause by 5-7 yrs but I ve had a few episodes of pretty intense pain around my ovary that seems to radiate into my back. I actually went to the hospital (ER) last time in which they gave me cat scan with iodine ( hope I said that right ) they saw nothing. Not sure what to think or do from here.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the imaging study revealed just nothing then it may not be the ovary related pain but it seems to be some nonspecific pain some functional elements might be there, some analgesic can be tried but better to be patience it will be fine on it own, stop worrying hope this information helps.
