What Causes Pain In Pelvis?

In the last 2 days I have been getting an electric shock..stabbing pain... in my lower right front pelvic area...had a hysterectomy little over 3 yrs ago...no appendix...had them out years ago...what else could cause this pain?...not severe but stops me in my tracks.

hi healthcare magic user ,this type of pain could be due to multiple reasons like colitis, constipation, urine infection.
please get a set of investigation done like urine routine microscopy test, stool routine examination, pelvic ultrasound with abdominal ultrasound.
your treatment will depend upon diagnosis.
