Good you have given adequate details..
Hi and welcome to HCM..
I thank you for posting your query here and I'm definitely going to help you out.
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases.. Most probably these problems are seen in male patients unlike females.
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
I will analyze all your points and provide information on how to go about..
1.
Stent for ureteric stones is notorious for such symptoms. I'm really sorry but this is the hard fact.
If not all, most of the patients experience this..
2. And you still experience this..
Yes. This problem persists about 2 weeks generally in few patients.
And its normal. Do not worry. I will definitely tell you the treatment ahead..
3.
Frequent urination and
radiation of pain to penis is again common. This is due to the nerve involvement..
4. Well, please note these following things
A. Drink lots of water, about 4 to 5 litre a day
B. Take Tablet
Diclofenac 50mg in case you experience
severe pain. Or else, plain
Paracetamol should be enough..
C. If you feel, this problem is abnormal, please get urine routine and culture tests.
This will clear the air.
If this is normal then, you need not worry at all..
Else, we can always treat the
urinary tract infection..
Hope this helps..
In case you need any further assistance, please let me know..
Take care and God bless..
