Hi,
You should repeat a STD test. In many countries these tests are available in pharmacies, easy to use at home. However, pain or discomfort inside the penis can also be a symptom of prostatitis. There are different types of this condition and only a urologist can find out if and which.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Alexander Davis, General & Family Physician
