What Causes Pain In Penis When Erect Along With Pus Drainage?
Hi, I am 27 year old male. Had UTI first then I took antibiotics vibramycin. After three weeks course I got a urine test both RE and culture. Culture is negative while there is 10-15 hpf Wbc and 8-10 hpf rbc. I get pain during erection only and so is the puss.

I really appreciate your concern, Urinary tract infection in male is very less likely if this is the burning only then it may not be the infection but could be due to acidic urine and for that Disodium hydrogen citrate is must have it 20 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
