What Causes Pain In Penis,abdomen And Sourness In Mouth Despite Having Safe Sex?

Hello doctor.I had a protected sex( with condom) 5 days back with an unknown girl,i also did fingering in her vagina. I am in a state of panic since that day that I may have got infected. The day after the sex I am experiencing a bit of pain in my testes and penis, a sour mouth taste, white rashes between my fingers and slight pain in my abdomen and slight pain in my joint.Doctor I am very scared that are these the symptoms of HIV? Do I need to carry out any tests, if yes then which ones??  Thank you

I read and understand your question very well.
I try my best to solve it.
As you have unprotected sex with an unknown girl and you feel symptom like rashes between hands , pain in testes , sour mouth test , this may be you are suffering from infection. You did not worry about this. It will be back to normal with antibiotic course . Do not become so much panic.
Do HIV ELISA test if you want to clear your mind.
Consult a good vuneral specialist (dermatologist ) for this.
