General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your persistent pain at your perineum between your testis and your anus following intake of lyrica for low back pain Are you have any urinary urgency or frequency? I am suggesting that you have developed the following differential diagnosis

Acute prostatitis
Benign prostate hyperplasia
Acute urethritis
Acute cystitis
Urethral stenosis

In view of this please do the following test
Serum PSA
URINE CULTURE
Urethroscopy
PROSTATE ultrasound

Meanwhile see an urologist specialist with the results and for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription

Moreover continue with your lyrica for it does not contribute to your perineum pain

I hope this helps
Regards and get well soonest
