What Causes Pain In Pubic Area And Above?
hello my 7 year old son started with a stomach pain 48 hours ago.. within 2 hours he had fever of 40C or 104F. With Acetaminophen and Iboprofen the fever is under control ( 37.8-38.5) he started vomiting 12 hours ago for about 3 hours and now he is drinking and hydrated but only wants to lie down since he has a very bad lower stomach ache. the aache is not on the right side ......more on his pupic area and above..is there anything specific that needs acute attention .... is the pain for appendicitic not allways on the right side. thank you

Get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done asap, also get his urine routine and urine culture done and consult a surgeon if the usg suggests any appendicitis
