Pain in pubic area can be due to many problems, here are common reasons - Urinary tract infection(UTI) is common. Urine examination should be done to ruleout urinary tract infection. - Due to protrate problem- This one is more common in elderly males. Prostrate enlargement can cause urinary retention which can predispose to bladder infection. - Inguinal hernia can also be cause of pain - Due to testicular problems such as retractile testis, variocele, twisted testicle, etc
refer to a physician or urologist
Hope this information helps
