What Causes Pain In Rectum After Removal Of Rectum?

I have gone to many doctors that keep referring me to others besides having multiple tests and procedures. I had a ileostomy in 1972 and my rectum removed in 1974 because of ulcerated colitis. I am now 66 years of age and I am having painful rectum pain and the feeling of having a bowel movement after stress and eating. It is very frustrating along with firing hot sensation down there. They have tried the needle sticks of blockage in the back. I have had multi abd surgery with bowel obstructions, hernias, and revision of my stoma. Do you have anything I could do to relieve this pain. Sitting is unbearable Thank You Mary Lee
