What Causes Pain In Rectum Along With Abdominal Cramps?

I am having pain in rectum along with menstrual like cramping in lower abdomen just above pubic area and pressure pain from vagina. Went to NP urine dipstick showed 1+ blood. Culture shows no growth. However, took round of Cipro. Month later pain is reoccurring. I am 62 post menopausal 25+ years.
