What Causes Pain In Renal Areas?

I have discomfort in renal area it feels as if fluid has built up and is more painful in bed when I am laid down This has been constant now for a month or two. I am suffering from indigestion as well so wonder if this is a contributory cause? Thank you.

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Most common in your case:Stones in urinary tract: Pain on lying down due to stone lodge in ureter and obstruct the urine. And if it is mobile it will disappear and agin will occur.
2. Infectionm in kidney: Pyleonephritis, glomerulonephritis.
3. Blocked urinary flow like prostate enlarge
4. Polycystic kidney disease.
5. Kidney cancer
6. Trauma in renal region.

Take the following advice:
Consult the doctor and to USG of renal area to confirm the above causes.
Drink plenty of water ass you can.
Tablet furosemide
Tablet ibuprufen 500 mg for three times a day
Eat fruits like watermelon, papaya, grapes with high water contain.
Tablet paracetamol if fever.

If not resolved, consult urologist, do intravenous saline and analgesic.
