What Causes Pain In Right Abdomen While Having Cyst In Left Ovary?

M a lady aged 35.b4 a week I foundout through an ultrasound there is a cyst on my left ovary 32*23 mm.But strangely I hv pain on my right lower abdomen n back side.
I want to ask sir is my cyst is too big?
N why m I hving pain on right side instead left?
