I have yet to be unexplained pain in my right abdomen. It hurts sometimes worse than others. It always there just depends on what degree. I have had a cat scan and blood drawn . Both came back normal. Sometimes it travels into my back as well. Activity seems to bring on more pain.

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like liver disease ,congestive heart failure , epatosplenomegaly , budd-Chiari syndrome , gallstones , acute appendicitis , meckel's diverticulum , aortic aneurysm , cardiac pain , nephrolithiasis or lung infection . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like endoscopy , ultrasound , blood test and liver function test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist of nephrologist if condition will be related with heart or kidney . For now take antacid , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and eat light , quit smoking and drinking if you have habit .
