What Causes Pain In Right Feet And Nails To Look Reddish During Summer, Back Pain?

My right foot middle to pinky toe has been hurting all summer. Nails look a little reddish. I've tried different shoes all summer but nothing seems to help. I'm on my feet a lot and the first it has happened. I also back pain, I've had it for years now. Not sure if it's the back or if I picked up something like fungus? I noticed the pain after the beach trip one week later.

Hi. Back pain can radiate to the foot. It is better to get checked by your Orthopedic Surgeon. Fungus infection will show typical appearance like weeping small wounds more in the webs between the toes, redness, itching or so.
