What Causes Pain In Right Flank Radiating Into Waist Post Colonoscopy?

hello i had a colonoscopy on tueday 9/1 came home ate soup had a healthy bowel movement on 9/2 and started to have right flank pain raidating and loged in my right waist line , have small movement and little farts can you explain what might be going on

Your symptoms are caused by the presence of gas in the gut. There is no reason to panic. I would recommend taking an antispasmodic drug to help improve the situation.
