What Causes Pain In Right Kidney And Shoulder Blade Area?

Hi im waitin on a HIDA scan for my gallbladder in a couple of weeks but the attacks are getting more frequent but lately after a day or so of the pain building up the pain I get in my right shoulder blade area seems to be travel down into my right kidney area is this normal as can b very painful
