What Causes Pain In Right Side And Back?

I have a pain in my righ side and back, when i move , i also have a pain in my abdomen again on the right ,but is lower just above my waist line, im male 47 yrs old, suffer from IBS and psoriasis other than that healthy but maybe a little overweight
