What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Back Area?

I have pain in the right side of my back, even when I breeze. It s seem to come on all of a sudden this evening. I did just get out of the hospital on Saturday for an unrelated issue, but I m not sure if this is something I should be. Concerned about.
