What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Groin Area?

I am having what feels like nerve pain in my he right side of my groin when I walk.When I am laying down or roll over on my stomach it feels like nerve pain in my upper right thigh. I think it comes from some sort of back pain, but I m not feeling the pain in my back, but if I stand too long my back begins to hurt

Hi,

The two possible causes are pain arising from a prolapsed disc which can radiate to the groin or muscular pain due to sprain or spasm. You can consult a physician and get evaluated. It is better to go for an MRI scan to rule out spine related problems like a prolapsed disc. As of now, you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Tramadol for pain.
