Hii , Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

from the medical history you provided it seems that most probably you have Neurological pain in your lower spine which may be caused by arthritis/bone suprs , disc bulges, disc herniation, spinal stenosis, or slipping of the vertebra in the spine etc.
however there are variety of other medical conditions which may cause this including hip bone and joint disorder , injury , sprain , and many others

But seriously it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis
most of these pain are not serious and respond well to conservative (non surgical ) treatment including medicines and physiotherapy
so i would strongly suggest you to see a Neurologist to rule out any underlying medical condition and decide treatment plan

I hope it help
