What Causes Pain In Right Side Upper Quadrant?

My daughter has had right sided upper quadrant pain for a few weeks. It exacerbates but never goes away. The pain is sharp, radiating to the right shoulder, arm and right side of her neck to her jaw. She has been diagnosed with a 17c hepatic hemangioma which was found incidentally and for which she has previously been asymptomatic. Murphy s sign is inconclusive. She is 36 years old gravida 3 para 3. She still has her gallbladder. She has no nausea, vomiting or flatulence. Her physician did not do a CBC to rule out elevated WBCs. She is scheduled for an ultrasound tomorrow.

Hi.It looks both the pains are not related to each other.
The Pain in the upper abdomen can be due to gall bladder problem or due to hemangioma of the liver. Ultrasonography will help in diagnosis . IF required CT scan will help to confirm the diagnosis.
The pain in the neck, jaw, upper limb looks to be due to Cervical problem and an MRI will help to get a proper diagnosis.
