What Causes Pain In Right Testicle Despite Having Safe Sex?

Good afternoon, I recently had protected sex (condom) on Thursday and Saturday. Since Sunday I have been experiencing a pain in my right testicle. I am showing no swelling, no redness, no pain during urination, no discharge. What could this pain be? To get somewhat graphic, the sex was a bit rough, and I finished both times while she sucked rather hard on my left testicle and some on my right. During sex I did not notice any breaks in the condom. I d greatly appreciate your help.

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your pain in your right testis following a rough sexual Intercourse
I am suggesting that you have a condition called orchiditis on your right testis
In view of this please do a testicular ultrasound to rule out this condition
Meanwhile please take some antibiotics and some analgesic pending the outcome of the result
I hope this helps Regards and well soonest
