What Causes Pain In Shoulder And Lower Back After Taking Bupropion XL?
I have just begun Buproprion XL150 mg as adjunct to primary antidepressant Velafaxine. I m experiencing mild/moderate lsoreness in my shoulders and lower back not attributable to any other cause. Is this transient or can I expect to continue to have this sx?

the most common side effect of Buproprion is anxiety, constipation, dry mouth and hyperventilation
and the side effects of pain in shoulder and lower back may not be related to the Buproprion
Suggest you apply ice to the affected part thrice daily and also apply local pain relieving gel (diclofenac gel)
