What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blade And Shoulder Post Shoulder Surgery?

March of2014 had shoulder surgery after I fell and dislocated it. Torn my labrum and required two stitches and a cpl anchors to fix it my range of motion is excellent. And my xrays after surgery look great but my scapula and shoulder now ache and my whole arm. What is wrong

I really appreciate your concern, because of the soft tissue inflammation such pain may be possible and this is nothing to worry with the pain medicine it would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
