lately my shoulder is in extreme pain. on my right shoulder blade or right under my right shoulder blade is extremely painful to touch. it causes my are/ shoulder to be in pain all day. to keep it from hurting I use icy-hot and Tylenol and rest. also some nights I have trouble falling asleep because of the pain. today now I can not even flip over/ twist my right arm with out it having a sharp pain. Mainly in the forearm area. what should I do?

HI Welcome to H C M. I can understand your problem. Continue cold or hot packing depend on Weather, 15 to 20 minutes several times a day. You can take Ibuprofen ,can apply pain killer Gel locally. Consult doctor for Physical Examination. Treatment depend on cause. Cause may be . -Injury. -Pathology in Liver,Gall Bladder,Lungs, He may order for . X-Ray Shoulder. Blood Tests. Urinalysis. Ultrasound. Get well soon. Thanks.
