What Causes Pain In Shoulder, Chest Area And Pink Discharge During Pregnancy?

I have had concerns through my entire pregnancy and when i have addressed my OB she says they are normal. I have been having sharp pains in my shoulder moreso located near my clavical shooting down into my chest area. I cant lay or sit for long periods of time. I can only lay on each side for a few minutes before i have what feels like contractions and/or sharp pai s in my belly no certain place. I also have been experiencing clear slightly yellow mixed with pinkish discharge. Urination has been changing color to orange as well. I always drink two glasses of water two hours before bed. Most times i have to yawn in order to take a deep breath due to shortness of breath. Shoukd i be concerned? Or have taken my tail to the ER by now?
