What Causes Pain In Shoulder, Neck And Back Of Head?
Hi there, I ve been experiencing a bit of discomfort involving pain in my shoulder neck and head for around the last 7 days. It seems to start off gradually and get worse as the day goes on,moving from the back and of my head, to the right side of my neck and then my right shoulder.
As this sounds to be an issue with the cervical spine disc Degenerative changes.
Using cervical collar, myofascial release to trapezius, static neck exercises, hot water fermentation to neck, shoulder and upper back, static shoulder exercises should help improve the overall symptom and avoid progression of the degenerative changes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
