General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear,
Alcohol consumption is associated with pancreatitis but ur symptoms are not suggesting about pancreatitis.
Rather symptoms described by u are typicalof Iischemic heart disease , though ur age is quite young but now a days there is many cases occurring in young agres.
In pancreatitis pain starts in ur epigastrium and radiates back to spine region.
In my opinion u must go for an EKG at tge time of pain and Further A TMT if needed.
Hope my advice will be helpful to u.
Thanks
