Recently, I've had some pain in my solar plexus region and under my left rib cage. When I bend over, a great pain results as it seems a bump comes from under to over my rib. I have to stretch out and work it back down to relieve the pain. I am currently feeling sensitive in the center plexus with numbness in my left chest area and both arms go in and out of numbness. When that occurs, I get light headed and a little dizzy
