Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that pain in upper and lower teeth along with jaw joint and ear ache are pointing towards Temporomandibular joint dysfunction..also known as TMJ or TMD..
Other causes that can have similar features like bouts of severe pain or can also call it sporadic pain can be due to nerve induced pain known as Trigeminal Neuralgia caused due to discrepancies related to Trigeminal Nerve that is called the nerve of face..
Consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Panoromic x ray of the jaw, MRI scan etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can take painkillers along with muscle relaxants like Chlorzoxasone and also take a soft diet..
Avoid excess mouth opening..
Massage the side of face with round motions of fingers, but avoid if pain exaggerates on doing the same..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
