What Causes Pain In Testicle Along With Difficulty In Retraction Of Foreskin?

hi doc..i am 40 yrs old ...i had been hit by a tiffin box right @ d bladder area...cauz of which i had undergone a surgery when i was 14yrs old..as my right testicle had moved above cauzing pain......d doctors performed the operation and moved it down to its original position....since then i suffer severe pain when i touch d right testicle which is still not parallel to the left one...and also after intercourse i have to adjust my skin over the penis to its org. position as it doesn t comes down on its own.. pl. suggest some remedy

Hi.

The foreskin not retracting on its own will indeed pose to be a problem now and in the future as well. You have 2 options, a frenuloplasty or a circumcision. Both of them will help solve the problem but the circumcision will be more effective and carries a better chance of infection prevention, better penetration during sexual intercourse and numerous other benefits. Discuss the same with your doctor and decide what you would like to do.
