I v talked with my partner, She confirmed she s healthy, otherwise I v used detol to wash my penis, and the symptoms begin to appear, now I don t know if I hv a Std or it s just because of the soap! ?? Waiting for your kind help doctor!
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your experience with pain in your testis during urination and at your back following an unprotected sexual Intercourse and use of detol I will suggest you have developed a urinary tract infection with possible orchiditis (inflammation of the testis) and prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate)
In view of this please do the following test Serum PSA Urine culture Testicular scan
Meanwhile please take the following pending the outcome of the result tablet nurofen CiprofloxacinMultivitamin
I hope this helps Regards
