What Causes Pain In Testicle?

I just came back from a ultra sound for pain in my right testicle. I am 24 now but when I was 15 i had testicular torsion surgery. Now the pain is back and the ultra sound tech said its could be thickening of the scrotum wall. What does that mean exactly and does it need surgery?

HI.
I think you should get your ultrasonography repeated and get an opinion of an Urologist to confirm what you have.

A proper history, clinical examination, investigations as per these findings alone can lead to a proper diagnosis . This is most important to lead to a proper management/ treatment.
